“What gets me so angry is that it used to be a free service” – Parramatta resident Shaun Mulholland sums up his frustration at the growing trend of charging fees for receiving paper statements. Fees that, more often than not, end up being levied against oldest Australians  and other vulnerable people.

These days Australian consumers are expected to fork out between c50 and $2.50 to receive a paper bill.
